This world is full of “hurry up and wait” kinds of people.  Paul here, he entered the world in a quite opposite fashion.  He waited to enter the world (much unlike his early brother) until very close to when he was supposed to, and then made for a very quick arrival at the hospital.  I’m predicting this one to be a rule following, high success, mover and shaker!  Welcome, Paul, show us all the amazing things you will do with this life!
