Peter and Julia chose to come to Peter’s homeland to marry in front of their closest family and friends. They used the beach out front of the Inn at The Homestead, with a cocktail hour on the deck overlooking the water.  Currently they live in Germany with their 2 daughters.  It was great to see so many people from out of country, enjoying our beautiful lake shore. 

She chose a lovely rust colored dress and paired that with local wildflowers.  I love that these two designed a wedding for themselves. Easy, relaxed.  They included their two girls in all of it.  They made this wedding about the marriage, not the flash of a big event.
