This kid! SOMEHOW, seemingly overnight; she has gone from the toddler with crooked butt cheeks that made her diaper ride sideways, to a beautiful young lady. She is sweet, even-minded, kind, and has a funny little humor. She reads too many books and enjoys outdoor time hiking and camping. I am so privileged and proud that she calls me Auntie!
This lovely young lady will be graduating high school this coming year. We had a fun evening cruising the county to a few great locations. And this sunset! Evenings like this remind me why I love to call this place home!
Man! I wish I could have been this cool when I was graduating high school! Like, cool as a cucumber cool. With swagger. Plays guitar, sails boats, runs cross country, a total rocker chick with a desire to be an astrophysicist (I had to spell check that by the way). Oh, and just an easy person to hang out with for a few hours. Go far in this world, sista, dream big and go far!
Kaylee will be graduating high school this coming year. We had a fun day wandering around the Elk Rapids area. Those sunflowers were beyond compare! Here is another young lady that gives me hope for our future with her happy personality and quick smile!
Shane will be graduating high school this coming year. He runs cross country, enjoys spending time at the family lake house, and it’s pretty apparent that he loves his dog. Here is a fine example of a young person who will go far in the world and make good things happen for his future!
I spent the day after working on my birthday, driving way out to the east side of the mitten to do senior photos for Miss Raven. She will be graduating soon! It was a beautiful day for a drive and I got to see new places. Good day all around!
Abbie and Jake had their Homecoming photos done ahead of the dance day – these are smart kids! I so enjoy spending a little time with young people (man, that makes me sound old) who have themselves together. It give me hope that tomorrow’s leaders really do exist.
Okay, so your sisters crashing your senior photo session may not be on every guy’s favorites list, but when you also get to have photos with your truck and firearms, on the family property; you overlook the sisters.
Jackie was the second luckiest gal of the weekend as far as the weather went! We waited out the rain and were rewarded by a gorgeous rainbow and a beautiful summer evening for her senior photos.
We shot pretty Becca’s senior photos at the lighthouse in Cheboygan. The beach is always my favorite place to be!
