It’s always a pleasure shooting the Bras for a Cause benefit with Blue LaVa Media!  These models come up with the best costumes and have such a good time raising money for Breast Cancer awareness.  Good job fellas!  You looked wonderful in your brassieres!

Jaylyn will be graduating from TC West this coming spring.  The family brought his little pal, Charlie, along as the “smile maker”.

Ethan is one spunky little guy!  Being that his favorite word is NO, it takes a little time to get some smiles out of him.  But when he smiles, you had better be ready because he is likely to be in motion!

My little pal Wyatt is turning ONE!  This little dude was totally fine with the cool fall day we had and just kept on smiling.  His expressions just cracked me up!

Stay tuned for his “flying” adventure next week . . . .

Karrie and Matt are fantastic together!  I can’t wait for their wedding next summer!  They brought signs for props that read, “Our Story Begins Here” and “Adventure is Out There”.  There is nothing that better describes the life experience that will come with getting married and starting a future together, than those signs.  It will be an adventure and they can create any story they’d like.

My favorite part of the time I had with them, was learning that their first date was to the movie UP!  I loved that movie so I had a flash of creative insanity to bring them their own UP adventure.  Sure, flying-people is a little campy, but it is a symbol of believing in what could be.  Believing in adventure and stories!

Believe that your love can bring you a lifetime of adventure and stories!

I offered a few free pet sittings the other week and nobody took me up on it!  So my pal Melissa brought her fabulous family out to play.  We were graced with an above-average sunset!

My favorite thing about families with young children is the constant chaos!  It is constant motion and I think it amazingly awesome!  Kids don’t sit still, dogs don’t sit still.  And water?! Forget about it!! Somebody is going in! That is family reality!

He has two girls, she has two boys . . . and the tie-breaker will be A GIRL!  Well . . . I did order a pink sunset for a reason!  Little Echo Nora Luna will be joining us in just a few short months.

This past weekend I had the pleasure of shooting a friend’s wedding.  Niki and Matt held the wedding and reception on the lawn at his folk’s house.  The morning rain cleared off into a beautiful late summer day!  Niki and Matt’s mom grew all of the flowers for the bouquets and table decor.

And I must say that Addy looked super cute in the little blue dress that I made!!

Tonya and John were married at Boyne Mountain on a beautiful late summer day.  Tonya’s daughter, McKenzie, sang for the ceremony and gave the best speech I’ve heard in years.  This little, tiny, young lady expressed herself so well in front of a very large group of people.  She expressed her appreciation for the way that John loves she and her mother.  It really made me smile that Tonya has raised her daughter to be so well read and appreciative of the people around her.  And to see a “guy’s guy” like John be so proud of the family he has taken as his own, let’s me know that he is a really special man.  This is one lucky family!

Celine and Dan had a beautiful summer’s day for a wedding at The Homestead Resort in Glen Arbor.  Her pale pink dress with white lace trim and ribbon tie, was just lovely.  Dan and his brothers were quite the jokesters amongst themselves, but when it was just the two of them, you could see the adoration that Dan has for Celine.  I love seeing those parts!
